You will be guided to drop away from external stimulation and into your internal world, through unique pranayama practices. Seamlessly transitioning to the exploration of one's own body and energy in our flow piece inspired by the teachings of Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga, to then drop into long held Yin Yoga postures that honour the release and unravelling of any layers that are no longer yours whilst simultaneously increasing the flow of Prana through your system. All of which is creating space within you to rest, receive and surrender in Savasana/ meditation.

Attuned to the healing energy of Reiki which is sealed in our space before each class and offered from time to time throughout your practice individually through hands on or off connection.
